Free Pumpkin Painting: Pickup a brush and let your creativity run wild. We’ll be painting pumpkins all morning long in the October sunshine thanks to the Vaiuso Farms and Metro Star Apartment.
Mums: Vaiuso Farms offers colorful mums this time of year. Raised just down the road in Branford, they’re a beautiful addition to your fall decorating.
Apples (and Apple Cider?): Clover Nook Farm will have plenty of locally grown apples this Saturday. They may also premier their homemade apple cider, pressed just down the road in Bethany!
Thanksgiving: The culmination of fall is Thanksgiving. Localize your celebrations with the help of your farmers’ market friends. Pre-order a fresh turkey with Katie from Ekonk Hill Farms. Stock-up on “Everything but the Turkey” flavored butter with Diana from Butterwright. Your family will praise your planning come Thanksgiving Day!
